ABOUT
The story
Grace & Progress started as a small ministry idea intended to bring women together in an online community.
After writing a blog for years through High School, and always loving the fresh perspective of the Bible after sharing about it, Ruth decided to start a new blog focused on speaking about the taboo or unspoken life phases we go through.
With a strong importance placed on stating biblical truths, and facing challenging subjects as they come, Ruth wanted to create a space for women to feel seen and heard no matter the questions they wrestled with, the fears they had, or the confusion they felt towards God and the world.
That is how Grace and Progress was born.
The Mission
Grace and Progress has 4 main goals:
Give grace in and through the places of doubt you find yourself
Remind women of God’s continual love and grace
Face fear head on with biblical understanding and reminders
Be honest in and through every season
These goals are the backbone of why Grace and Progress exists and are the driving forces for every piece of content that crosses your screens.
Values & Beliefs
Jesus is first and foremost. He is the author and perfector of our faith. Through a relationship with him, we also have unlimited access to God and the Holy Spirit.
Everything written and shared here will be presented in a way that encourages action whether it is a change of perspective, action, or belief in ourselves or God. There will always be a call to make a change or shift a perspective in life to continue to PROGRESS in life with Jesus.
The truth will always be spoken in love, and dowsed with GRACE
